Can I have access for just one month?

Yes, you simply buy your desired Premium Package, and after that you Cancel Auto-Renewal from your User Account.

What does Cancel Auto-Renewal mean?

By "Cancel Auto-Renewal" or "Cancel Subscription" we mean that you will stop the automatic billing for your Premium Account and you won't get charged again at the end of the billing cycle. You will be able to use your Premium Account for the time you already paid.

If I cancel my Auto-Renewal I will be able to use my account for the month I paid?

Yes, if you Cancel Auto-Renewal, you will be able to use your account until the end of the premium package that you already paid.

How can I cancel my Auto-Renewal?

In order to cancel your Auto-Renewal, you have to login to your cloudgenic account, click the User Account button on the top right side. Now, from the User Account page, click the "Cancel Auto-Renewal" button on the bottom part of the page. If you don't see the "Cancel Auto-Renewal" button, it means your Auto-renewal was canceled.

Is there another way to cancel my Auto-Renewal and stop getting charged every month?

If you can't manage to Cancel the Auto-Renewal from your User Account, you can always contact us by mail or through the contact form and request us to cancel your Auto-Renewal.

If I buy any of the Premium Account Packages and I'm not satisfied can I ask for an refund?

Our policy is satisfaction guaranteed. As it's said on our Premium Package List, Satisfaction is guaranteed! If you have made a payment, and you are not satisfied with your Premium Account, you can simply ask for a refund. We will conform without questions asked.
